Absolute brutal call on the OPI at that point. What a shame. Proud of the way the team fought back, we got some bounces but you have to play tough and till the end to earn those. Love the heart. Need to rest up and get healthy. Shame how close we came last two weeks and couldnt pull it out. That XP miss killed us. FUCCCKkkkkkkk we need a win.

You could hear it in michaels and collingsworths voice they knew it was a bad call.

Damn. Happy to see we put up some points. Still in the first half.

Sad that the defense didn't play like they did last week. Lots of missed tackles and bowman had a few.

Rams fan here. 9ers put up a great fight against a team that as of 3 games this year looks completely different on both sides of the ball. Even though our run defense has been bad, Hyde is legit. Hoyer was surprisingly good tonight, but who's your backup? I would think starting him would be better than playing Hoyer who hasn't proven much in the NFL.

Minus a handful of plays I thought it was a pretty good game. If hoyer play like he did in the second half we could be a lot more competitive. Hoyer needs to get his head right. It looks like he started to feel comfortable.

Defense fell off from last week. Not sure if we can blame that on the short week. Sucks that we now have 3 guys with consussions. Any word on Tank yet? At least we have a nice break between games to rest and recover and hopefully we get everyone cleared.

We really need Reid out there. Ward and tatty were ok but once again no pass rush makes it a long day for the secondary.

I still see us winning like 6 games and likely picking 5-10 range. Which i'm fine with, this draft class looks stacked at the top. So many directions we could go with. As for the game I think the extra rest for us and specifically the defense who was dog tired on a short week, offense feeling good about themselves after last week and Arizona being a short week…I think we finally get our W.

I think we get pass rush against Palmer and he makes a couple of mistakes. Without David Johnson that offense is just not the same. And their defense while still pretty good isn't as dominant as it was a couple of years ago.

If Rosen had Darnold's offense I don't think you'd USC barely scraping by those games. Either way I'll be happy with whichever QB that gets drafted.

I haven't seen much of Mason Rudloph.

Honestly I will blame the pass rush for that. Anyone will start to look back in those positions without help.

I don't mind if a guy gives up a catch or two, what you don't want to see is a guy getting beat bad all the time. Williams was in on a lot of plays and had good coverage. Sometimes offense will just make plays.

I like the signing, I have seen some physical play from him that I like. He makes some impact plays. Last game he had a big hit, and he blew up the Mcaffrey run which ended with Rashard stripping Mcaffrey. For a guy playing corner he's done pretty well so far considering our lack of pass rush.

agreed. I think their weak o-line and 10 days rest for our D will be the difference. I'm sad that we lost Tank just as he was starting to play well, but at least Solomon can accelerate that learning curve. Palmer can be a great QB if you let him get comfortable in the pocket. Even though we don't have that elite edge guy, Buckner being able to get push up the middle is perfect against a guy like Palmer. Getting to Palmer will make containing Fitz a lot easier.
