Finished downloading last night. Gonna start it today on my crappy base ps4. Is it weird that I'm excited about the chitty frame rate? I feel like I'm a kid again playing Two worlds or some early fall out game or oblivion on 360.

New patch must've done the trick or something. binged the game late last night. zero crashes now on PS4 (was getting one like every 30 minutes on thurs/fri)

I've been roaming looking for EPICs. So far I replaced my weapons and armor with Rares but im looking for sweet socket upgrades.
Also found an epic gun but i cant use it i need more street cred and high level apparently
Game is fukin sweet on a 3090. I can understand the hate though if you have a potato pc or ps4

after the patch game is 100x times better on the ps4, actually started to enjoy it now. I just treat it like a typical clunky rpg game now, its not really any better than a bethesda game. the "living and breathing world" thing is total bullchit

The people playing on PS4/ last gen Xbox deserve their shietty experience… what did they expect playing on an old console?

My only issue is not having a good enough rig to run it at higher settings. The main story line is fukn great so far and the side quests are good as well, I’m spending some time doing those and levelling up my character/gear

Don't think expecting it to run properly is out of order since it was originally marketed for PS4/Xbox one .
Also next gen consoles are pretty much unobtainable at the moment unless you wanna drop a grand on one from a scalper like a complete Moron.

i was lukewarm on this game, check my posts was planning on waiting to feb to play it
but got a prolonged weekend since thursday and i have been playing it since then for 27 hours straight basically,
last time a played a game for such long time in such a short time-span was mass effect 2
srsly haven't felt like this playing a game in maybe a decade, probably my favorite game since mass effect 2
it's so much better than witcher 3 in my opinion, i love the universe and city - it's like a dense jungle from cyberpunk books i used to read as a kid
i actually walk everywhere instead of driving because of how much interesting chit is going on visually and also even the small missions are fun and the loot is always amazing compared to borderlands games
did not expect so much parkour chit being available, too - traveling from rooftop to rooftop etc.
surprisingly didn't have many immersion or game breaking bugs so far maybe 2-3 bad ones, but enjoyed replaying those parts, guess i am really lucky
there is some bad though:
- radio is absolute trash, they basically got the worst songs in a open world game ever, should have payed that kavinsky fella for a radio station of his own
- keanu reaves is immersion breaking for me i hate real world celebs in games - the break a certain cohersion of the universe
- everyone is a phucking car-dealer, srsly getting annoyed at all the car buy missions
anyway going back to playing it further now…
