I actually had only ever worn make up once, for a photoshoot that I had to do with the dogs. Otherwise… never wore it. i was told that I should try it. So I did. I actually had a 'lesson' though. Because I had no idea wtf to do. So I had someone professional teach me. She did a chit job, but she taught me enough that I managed that look for a first try which is good enough for me. I'm still learning. The eye lashes are the devil because mine are white. So any missed spot REALLY shows. And they are long lashes so they touch my fuking upper eyelid and smudge mascara everywhere.

You just went full homo bro. Not srs.

But TBH, I have the whitest eye brows you have ever seen. That picture, I DID color the eyebrows. I'll see if I can go a bit darker next time to see how it looks though. I have no idea what the hell i'm doing, so I'll take any tips… even homo ones.

Your make up looks fine on both of you. You both look natural, unless you want the made up look.

There are tons of tutorials on you tube and even pinterest. Or you can always go to a department store and they can show you how to put make up on, pick colours etc.

I keep trying but I swear every step I take is another mistake to you.

Sorry, I'm just a kid. You think you have the time to listen to me whine? About nothing and anything, all I want? When I was a young boy, my father took me into the city to see a marching band. He then told me, the kids aren't alright. Just wake me up when September end. I'd do anything just to hold you in my arms.

Edit: If you know where all that chit is from then I'm impressed.

I'll try that. I figure I'll look badass if I have make-up drooling all over my skin from lifting and sweating.

Not srs. I'm not wearing make-up to the gym…

On another note though, I posted the same pictures on ******** because a couple of people wanted to see how I looked with make-up. My dad told me I look like a whore.

So in one of my classes we did some BF testing. Right now I'm super fat compared to where I was at in the fall but that's how it is for me. Ended up with 24% at 315-320 which isn't great. Off season I probably get to sub 20% while sub 300lbs. I wonder if I could do sub 15% while between 250-275 but that's in the future.

24% at 300? That's still a ton of LBM man and it's not like 24% is out of the ordinary. Misc always underestimates bf%

Hell I'd love to be 300 24% but right now I want to get my total up @ 75kgs. I think a better approach would be putting weight on then cutting though, so that's what I started doing as of like a couple weeks ago. 200-300 calorie surplus doesn't agree with strength training IME.

Have a good week CC

Aww chit son. 24% bf is pretty high. But I remember you explaining to us how you can't quite cut since it would cause problems with your throwing schedule and results. Gotta get on that soon as you graduate.

Oh I know and that number is high because of where I'm at in my season since I was 15-20lbs lighter in August. The worst is always the gut right now it's huge and jiggly while the rest of my body isn't as bad. This summer depending on how much time I have it's going to be a major, major cut as every off season. Except this year I'm "healthy" and strong which will make the cut easier.

I know honestly I though it would be higher but in my sport that's probably average. In the elite guys you'll probably see most guys at 20-25% while some at sub 20%. But as the season goes on it's all focus on performance not on the body. So I probably started the year lower and in my off season it obviously drops because of my training focus.

But once I do graduate and I'm no longer throwing at a competitive level I want to try and get to 15% while still being pretty big.
