Softball huh? I've been using a tennis ball but may try a softball. Did it work well?

Worked extremely well, used it on calves too. It's a lot firmer than a tennis ball–like a deep tissue massage. I'd highly recommend it.

The only time I've ever had sore calves is from a race or a steep hike. Have sore front delts all the time and used a Lacrosse ball until my kids lost it.

ION back in the gym tomorrow after being sick all week. I usually work through a cold but I had all kinds of muscle soreness/cramps in odd places. Down 7 lbs from my profile "portrait" but that will come back quick.

I feel bad for anyone on a cut. I just devoured a pint of Ben & Jerry's new flavor. It's cookies and cream cheesecake core, and it was the best 1,080 calories I've eaten. I could go for another.

Ice Cream M8? I don't have a sweet tooth so I always picture Ben & Jerry's eaters as chicks in sweatpants on the couch with a spoon after not getting invited out on a Friday night.

I can pretty quickly jam 1K calories with some dry rub hot wings, chunky blue cheese and a tall beer though.
