If you were so concerned about the welfare of animals, then you would consume a diet consisting mainly of insects. Evidence point to insects as not feeling pain, in addition the environmental impact of eating insects is much less than eating crops, which btw can actually be very harmful to the environment depending on a vegans food choice. Therefore by eating insects you would reduce animal cruelty more so than your vegan diet which leads me to my question, why are you not eating and harvesting insects?
