But Wincel, everyone is good at something. Just because you take a skill for granted doesn't mean it's not a good skill. Successes I mean if you got award, got competitive scholarships, won competitions, have certifications, degrees, good grades, high SAT scores, good AP scores etc.

Other things, that are not education related are if you have done and won international competitions or tournaments. Years involved in charity work is a good thing to highlight too though it's not a skill. Being bilingual or multilingual is a good skill. Being able to draw well is an excellent talent to speak about. Ability to play instruments well is another skill.

There's a saying that being smart doesn't make you right, it just makes you better at defending your beliefs.

I just made it through this 7 page pig of a thread, and frankly, Wincel was smoking people through the first few pages. Pogue was reacting to him at best and appeared out of his depth a couple of times at the worst (not getting his fallacies right, not even understanding Winnie's point with "Alzheimer's has nothing to do with physics"). Rabbit was just copy-pasting other people's words from Wiki and Google and adding no insight of her own (and missing that Dark Knight reference? Brah...). Winnie had a complete theory built and evidence to support it at every turn.

That being said, this stuff is old hat for Wincel. I've seen him break out the old hard-determinism routine multiple times; this isn't the first time he's made these arguments, and I don't even think it's the first time he's used those same sources. Debating him on chit he's written and rehearsed for years is like competing in a free throw contest with a friend who shoots baskets for an hour every day after work. He's going to own you, and it's not because he's a better shooter, it's because he's got way more practice at it than you do. Winnie's smart, and he's spent a lot more time on this than anyone else on the board. Engaging him on his "home turf" like this isn't really productive.

Personally, I think the flaw with his thinking is that he's using hard determinism as an excuse to give up, and that's just not necessarily the case. Even if the future is pre-written, we don't know what that outcome will be. For everyone else ITT - I think you're assuming way too much uniformity among incels. The whole thing is very decentralized: there's no single underlying ideology, no leaders, no formal "parties" or "camps" - it's just a bunch of men on the internet upset that they can't get laid, and the commonalities end there. If you put say me, Winnie, EOD, InstantLoser, and BigBallsMcGee in a room together, we couldn't even decide what to get for lunch tomorrow, much less get some kind of dogma hammered out. Mate, I've probably been rejected by more females than had success with. I've been extremely depressed a multitude of times and recovered stronger. Yeah, it's hard to be honest in a world of liars but there are other honest people out there and it's up to you to talk to as many people as you can to find the ones who are genuine, truly virtuous people or at least people that acknowledge their faults and are trying to act in a just manner. Through failure, we learn what doesn't work then adjust accordingly. It's one thing to answer a question a woman is asking you, it's another to unload an essay of all your existential problems onto her. However, There are logical women out there who think just like you, to a degree. You are capable of change. You can be a cynic and still get laid. I think that is awesome advice for wincel, and I agree with your opening quote.I came to that conclusion after observing a lot of debates. That's the thing Wincel you do not have enough data. You have not asked out enough decent women. Your idea of what a rejection is, is flawed. You need to actually chat up 10 to 20 women, over the course of months of course, and then get data from those interactions.
