Is the limitation of fluids really a thing? I’ve heard both sides. Dr. Cardidi is someone whose YouTube videos i watched leading up to surgery and also recently. Is that who you went with?

why would drinking excess fluids help with seroma? logically, it would be the opposite, since you have less fluids in your body to go to the wound; your body will preserve fluid for function.

I went with Caridi, it was a good choice and he wasn't overpriced. Very nice and funny guy, he had a good reason behind everything he did. I have never seen a bad result from him in regards to gyno surgery

Do you have before and after pics?

Update:
The incision site (about 2-3cm) opened up late May. It healed up, but then it opened up again.
Surgeon stitched it up early June and it closed, however it seems like part of the suture got buried. So i saw him early this week and he pulled the suture out which caused a bit of an opening, which he closed again with another type of suture. Not sure what else he put in there, but the next day (this past Thursday) i woke up really swollen, then later in the morning i started leaking pus. He sent me antibiotics and I’ve been dealing with that. Luckily no major infection. I feel fine, but the opening is bigger now.
He mentioned he was considering just opening me up again and removing a hidden suture or whatever he thinks is causing me to not heal properly. It’s important to note that everything healed properly except for that 2-3cm.
I’m beyond frustrated as I feel i keep going around in circles, but staying positive.
This surgeon is a really good doctor, just thought I’d point out. He has really good reviews and he did an amazing job on everything thus far. Not sure why i can’t heal properly. I’m not diabetic or have any illness causing that.

They didn't. It was like 95% fat which he had sucked out with lipo. He could have just got shredded and done some incline bench press. We all told him this.

The glands are there regardless of how little your body fat % is. Only way to lose them is by surgery (Gynecomastia). It’s not fat, it’s a gland. I’m astounded by the fact people don’t know this. I’ve (and others) had to explain it like 30 times already.

Yeah sorry bro most of my ted theory and practical research comes from motorboating the mjolk masters on whichever unfortunate sloot I've lured to my home. Haven't spent a lot of time on wiki learning what's going on inside the bags of sand boyo.

Just wanted to update this. It seems like I’m finally truly on the road to being healed, with no speed bumps. It’s been a struggle with my left side.

December 1: got gyno surgery

May 10: surgery on left side to remove scar tissue

July 18: surgery again to remove abnormal tissue (seen in the second picture. This made my nipple look like it had a tumor inside of it, which is shown in first pic). Before this, the site had opened up as one of the sutures came apart, it got infected and the surgeon had to go in there twice to clean it and also to put in the iodide gauze, which was a total timeframe of 1 month. This was the hardest part…dealing with the back and forths. It felt never-ending.

Thankfully now I’m finally healing, got the clearance to work out and no more wearing of compression vest. Didn’t enjoy my summer too much since I was wearing the vest mostly and was dealing with this. Not where I wanna be but at least no more damn scar tissue or complications. 8 months later and I’m finally truly healed.

Crazy how much problems you went trough with your surgery. I went to a Mexican sketchy doctor got it done for 1.5k and was doing bench press 3 weeks later with normal weight (srs).

By 6th week it looked perfectly. No drains or scar tissue bull****.

No surgical scars, but I went through so ****ing much. I actually have a really good surgeon — one of the best in my city and region. My surgery site opened up because I massaged too intensely and that’s what led to me dealing with everything i dealt with thereafter.

You’re lucky you had Cardidi though. How’s your progress?

Wow that’s awesome man. I never even considered going to Ciudad Juárez (I live in El Paso). I’m assuming because of no drains that it wasn’t a lot of gland? Any lipo?

yeah i scheduled an appointment with him fall of 2021, since he was booked out til feb 2022. i flew out there, and hired a caretaker to drive me there and back to my hotel and watch over me (Texas laws require a caretaker if you're under anesthesia or even just some ******). Stayed a few more nights in Austin, Texas to hang out with a buddy from college and then flew back home. We went out to eat but i limited my food and water intake (the more food you eat the more water you need, and you would end up eating more sodium with more food too). Waited a few weeks to use my theragun knockoff, and then i think the 6 or 8 week mark I got some kenalog. This process was repeated i think a few more times, but recovery wasn't bad for me

Things look good now. My left nipple, if you look really hard, you can see a white line where an incision was made but i dont really care, my result was good since i tend to get hypertrophic scars.

I do not recommend going to some sketchy doc in Mexico for cosmetic/body surgery. I'm sure there are some nice european countries that do it for cheap but good.

Honestly man if you would just get lean and jacked I REALLY doubt that little bit of fat on your chest would make much of a difference. Instead you look equally as ****ty but you just have a few ounces of fat removed.

Could I have leaned out? Of course.

Would leaning out get rid of my gyno glands? No. That is the whole reason for the surgery.
