You should of gone to a bodybuilding site first. Maybe a forum where people lift and inspire others to lift and get in shape before surgery. You are at least 25 - 30% bodyfat in that pic. You had a lot of work to do to get the physique you want before you needed to go under the knife. But if shortcuts are your thing, so be it. Even Chestbrah with all his mental knifestyle problems at least lifts.

EDIT: You've been here since 2006? Disgraceful.

This. No way you needed surgery for that. I want to see a pic of you at 12% like you claim you got down to.

I just don’t believe that with work you couldn’t have lost that personally, no hate. I just want proof.

I heard of a lot of surgeons who require men lose weight to a healthy range and maintain for a time before surgery to prove they are committed to taking care of themselves, or they will not bother with the surgery.

Congrats Opie : seems you have too much money on your hand.

You don't even look like you've ever lifted a single day in your life and you're a fat pig : Why didn't you try to lose some weight before resorting to a surgery that will prevent you from getting in the gym for weeks ?

Lol brutal thread
A young bull and an old bull were standing atop a hill looking at a bunch of heifers in a field below.

The young bull says "Let's run down this hill and fuk one of those heifers."

The old bull replies "No. Let's walk down there, and fuk them all."

Didn't even look like you had gyno. You shouldn't have gone straight for the lipo without losing some weight and seeing how it looks.

I mean he literally posted pics of the gyno gland that was removed so I think it’s safe to say he had it. What more proof could you want ?

Well yea he probably just stayed fat cause he knew he wasn’t gonna look good lean anyway. Actual titties wont go away by getting lean.

Counterintuitive but actually looks better fat with the titties than a skinny man with big juicy taters, think about it.

Congrats OP, hopefully this gives you the confidence to get in shape.

I expected backfire. I’ve been told 1,000 times to have lost weight/BF% before the surgery. I know. I’m not happy about it, I’m disgusted quite frankly. You telling me isn’t going to make a difference. Yes I can afford the surgery and NO it’s not the “easy way out” — at least the gland removal, that **** is so stubborn. Hate on me for the liposuction, but not the gland removal. Reason I got Gynecomastia surgery December 1 is because of my work schedule — December is a slow month. I was going through some other stuff since august that made me gain weight.

Again, no matter how much someone who has gyno lowers their BF%, that gland is still there. It’s attached to the nipple and won’t shrink. I simply got rid of that gland, and yes my surgeon obviously did a hybrid method of lipo+gland removal. Now I need to work my ass off to lower my body fat everywhere else, but I’m ****ing happy I won’t need to worry about puffy nipples anymore.

Pain is minimal. Just a lot of soreness and bruising and swelling. Need to wear a compression vest for a month.

Insurance covered nothing. It’s a cosmetic procedure.

I plan to post an updated picture March 2022.

Procedures I’ve had. Feel free to ask about them:
- LASIK surgery (2007)
- Septoplasty (2018)

Congrats, OP!

Looks really good, even this close after surgery. I have had this procedure done as well and I hope you will enjoy it!

Regarding the negativity: Yes, you could have looked better before the operation. But the gland would have never gotten away by cutting to a low bf%
At least you can now go around without being constantly self-aware about it.

Take it easy the next couple of weeks to allow for a good recovery and if you need any help with your future fitness goals, let me know

Pretty nuts what they can look like once they're out, eh? I recall mine being nearly twice the size of those.

Hope your recovery goes smoothly.

Ignorance. Those have nothing to do with fat cells. They're glandular tissue.

No.

Dieting first and going into the operation lean seemed a bit more logical, I agree

But have you seen the pictures of the glands that were removed on the first page? That would have never disappeared by dieting and training alone

The pictures do not show the glands directly as they are fully enclosed by adipose tissue. Without a metric comparison or dissection it's hard to tell if the actual gland is enlarged or if there's just excess adipose tissue. As we all know, if it was just merely adipose tissue, the problem could have been resolved through weight loss and excess skin removal if the skin was stretched.

It has everything to do with fat cells because the breast gland is FULLY enclosed by adipose tissue. From all we know the gland could be normal and they just cut out excess adipose tissue, as you can literally see in the pictures. The fact you referred to me as a titanic moron despite your apparent lack of understanding fat tissue and male breast gland is quite confusing.

Tell me one more time that breast glands, even in males, has nothing to do with fat cells LOL.

These people are very expressive with their emotions but in reality, really don't know what they are talking about.

The picture of the removed gland is proof he indeed had gynecomastia

You can't even see the glandular tissue itself, just the adipose tissue surrounding it. Unless he posts a mammogram you can't prove ****.

We could argue adipose tissue or breast gland all day and still go nowhere

Whatever we see on this picture looks exactly the same as mine did, and I was about 8% body fat during the operation

I only had a minor case of gynecomastia but my nipples are no longer puffy looking caused by the tissue underneath

I dont get it. You look obese and you're having gyno surgery? why would you not get completely shredded first?

You could have taken that 8k and built an amazing home gym and funded a diet and completely transformed yourself. But I guess.
