To be fair, most of the unsolved crime and homicides comes from inner city areas. Baltimore has an abysmal 38% homicide rate clearance. Detroit: 40%, New Orleans….awful clearance rate. This is a trend in large, inner city areas where there's a lot of gang violence. We can extrapolate from that data that in all likelihood, black people are responsible for the overwhelming amount of unsolved homicides and violent crime.

It's realistically not 16k per 330,000,000; it's more like 15k per 25,000,000 since it's almost all in the inner cities.

USA has a 6.36 per 100k murder rate, but if you break it down by city:

New Orleans has a murder rate of 53/100k
Memphis was 64/100k
Detroit was 43/100k
St. Louis was at 87/100k

Compare these to the most violent countries across the world:

Jamaica 53/100k
St. Vincent 40/100k
St. Lucia 37/100k
Honduras 35/100k
(It's claimed Mexico is 26/100k which is probably false…it's probably 3 times that)

Take those major cities out and USA's homicide rate would be on track with some of the lowest in the world. It's basically low if you avoid the cities.

I don't care if 80% of robbery's or murders or lemonade stand heists are unsolved. It is no where near that high of course but since you used it, lets go with it. 80% it is!

That still means that the other 20% of crimes are solved, and OF THOSE SOLVED CRIMES, OVER 55% are committed by 3% of the US population. Black men. If the other 80% were solved? The chances of that ratio changing are slim to none. That is unless some whites can make themselves invisible and can get away with crimes due to their special powers and they never get caught. But the bottom line is that is not the case, and most unsolved crimes come from black inner cities. So the % of black crime is actually probably higher.

Those %'s are not just from one year and they are not made up. This is from years and years of study and data.

To say what you are saying is just deflecting. Period.

There's a difference between that and what you and baldninja are talking about. He's talking about a liberal experiencing the real world consequences for the type of "progressive" soft-on-crime legislation they push for.

And even then I personally would take no pleasure out of what happened. That AA did not care about her political affiliation - he only wanted to viciously assault an elderly women over the slightest provocation and with the understanding that he will receive at most a slap on the wrist because he's enjoying the privileges of being an AA in this current woefully skewed socio-ideological landscape.
