EDIT: on another note, we went through 2 pages today. If MWC was stock, I would be investing heavily in it right meow

yeah brah i've been lifting again for the past few months (although last couple of weeks i've been slacking). used to be a fat fukk around 187lbs but i've been cutting over the past few months and now i'm at 169. i'm starting a recomp now. i'm using steve's coaching services so he's hooked me up with macros and a solid routine.

i'm def gonna be using that knowledge from the coding classes but i've also been dabbling in web design since like 5th or 6th grade and have done a couple of solid websites before so i know this is something that i'm good at.

a lot of the protein is still left lol, although it's maybe 4-5 months past expiry date. will be taking it to the dump this week

lol he's not the one who's calling me buddy (although he did call me chief once). he's interning with us for the summer. nice kid honestly, but in the whatsapp group it's a bit of a running joke that he's "cucking" me because he moved into a bigger office than mine, is going to more meetings (because he's on the acquisition side of things), etc.

das it. got married at 24 yo crew. what time you get into the office? Im usually the first west coaster itt.

Yea super easy, and i dont consider anything that doesnt have some type of animal protein as the main ingredient to be a meal, so its perfect, brb put a big roast, a couple of potatoes, an onion, and some carrots in there, add some seasoning and voila getting home from ork to a 10/10 meal of beef and potatoes. Taking the cow muscle and turning it into my muscle. nom nom nom.

You got the right idea man, and I agree with your ideology for what constitutes as a meal 100% lol. No meat= no real meal. Wife made chicken breast, potatoes, carrots and rice yesterday with a fresh loaf of french bread from Albertsons haha. 9/10 dinner, chicken was a tad dry tbh.

I get in at 7 Monday-Thursday, and then my working Fridays are 7:30. That half hour really does make a difference though. Today is unfortunately my working Friday, I don't mind working but the main facilities are closed on my working Friday's, so it makes for one hell of a slow day.

yeah man i used wordpress as the foundation but did a lot of custom coding as well. i didn't sell any through ebay, sold some through craigslist, and sold a bunch to MWC members. but it's time to move on because the protein is expired lol

new guy isn't a douche at all lol, and yup the psai roasting is still strong in the whatsapp chat

ok, how do i get in on that chat?

not srs huehue

Ohh good, gad you at least sold some off to poeple. could prob still sell it expired on craigslist and just assume no liability for it. I give 0 ****s about expirations on 60% of food (if it wasnt for actual food like produce, dairy, and animal proteins it would prob be like 90%), i think alot of people are like that tbh.

Man you absolutely can't go wrong with a lunch plan like that. Talk about hnng you got it right there: rot. chicken and half a loaf of bread lol. I could probably down the entire chicken and loaf hahah. Gotta eat rotisserie chicken while its warm, once its in the fridge it dries like instantly

Yeah these days are insanely slow, pretty much end up walking around chatting with people and going for 5-10 min walks multiple times throughout the day. The every other Friday off though is amazing, I honestly don't think I could ever go back to a M-F job. Our days are a bit longer the 9/80 so technically we work 10 hr days but with a 1 hr lunch. At one point we were furloughed and had every Friday off, but had a 5% pay cut. I'd go back to that hands down!

Can agree with your confirmation. That bagel is heavenly. My boss has brought in a chit ton from Panera before. We have a Panera literally right up the street. Can walk there on lunch in about 15 minutes if that.

Nice. did you do the coding for the us protein website?? did you sell much of that stuff through ebay or to mwc members? Disregard new guys douchery and learn his ways, mwc still flexing on young psai i see. das not it.

hit legs p hard last night, surprisingly not that tired this morning, going to suck tomorrow tho.

Never tried it with a baked potato. Will definitely be trying this next time I have one. On that note, have you tried it with enchilada? It's amazing! Green sauce enchiladas+ guac and rice= one of my favorite dinners.
