I believe that would have caused more upward price movement. Today mostly seemed like fomo buying, people taking profits, options expiring, before the long weekend. I could certainly be wrong though. I'm not buying that they have covered though personally and they still have a lot to gain by it going to 0. It's been somewhat stable after the pullback.

With a lot of unknowns and things going on behind the scenes. Who knows, guess we will see.

Its expiration day for AMC options.

All the volume is today/ there is lot less buying for AMC options expiring next week because the IV is insane. Nobody is crazy enough to take on that decay over weekend.

Its market makers job to not allow this to expire in the money otherwise this will get automatically exercised at market close.

Edit: ^right I had added that in my post about expiring options

They took out 4.86 million more shares on loan today, possibly 4 million shorts against amc. Don't know the total shorts, but then there's naked shorts.

Doesn't add up that they would have already fully covered and exited. Possible though

Whats your budget? A C6 Z06 Corvette is one of the best values for a garage queen/weekend type car IMO. Guaranteed to be a classic in the future with its legendary 7.0L V8. Buy one with the heads fixed and possibly LT headers + a mild cam and you're set (srs)

AMD is one of my larger positions (I don't have any NVDA outside of whats in my index funds unfortunately, although NVDA is still one of the largest holdings in QQQ and VOO), I'm really hoping AMD can announce some new line of graphics cards to catch up to all of the growth NVDA has been seeing

Someone will calculate over weekend updated short interest.

You only get burned once.

Who ever shorted AMC here probably learned lesson.

Few billion was lost in span of 2-3 days.

Of course someone else can come in later to short.

PLTR is tied to meme stocks.

Just like RKT there was massive call buying right at open.

It sold that off quick.

That being said PLTR keeps winning contracts left and right.

I’m looking in the 15k range. Fox body’s are getting nuts with their prices if you want a decent one.

I like foxes because they are light and handle well with the right mods. My buddy changed my mind on those when took me for a drive, but any Z06, c5 or c6 > foxbody all day.

Yeah a Z and most vettes sh*t all over a fox no doubt but it’s not about that it’s a 100% sentimental thing for me. It’s what I roamed the streets with back in the day.

Realistically what’s been causing the downward momentum last two months if they aren’t hiding a chit ton of naked shorts though? With across the board buy sell ratios ranging from 4 to 1 to 6 to 1

My only explanation is the NFT page that randomly popped up on GME site.
https://www.theblockcrypto.com/linke...rm-on-ethereum

All the other other articles started talking about gme nft 2 days ago.
https://www.coindesk.com/gamestop-nft-platform-ethereum
https://www.msn.com/en-us/money/real...orm/vp-AAKpFIp

Ignore my crappy crayon skills.

From what I recall someone leaked it before it even hit the news.

So GME open was $180 5/25 closes $210

More news on twitter etc about NFT page and it gaps afterhours/overnight/premarket and opens higher.

Rest of move I would explain from option buying and unwind that we saw today.

Now the rest of your question I honestly have no clue if shorts are still hiding. I mean there is always phuckery many times I have posted those weird buy sell walls 1 vs 1 share that makes no sense.

Proxy vote is still coming up June 9th so lets see.

So, hold GME—got it

Came close to doubling up early yesterday morning, still held. Time will tell if I should have scraped some profit. If I didn’t actually believe that Ryan and the all-star transformation crew were going to modernize and pivot the business model, I would have been out a long time ago—waiting around for the “MOASS” on a meme feels like a fool’s errand to me. I try to read as much DD as I can; but most of it taps into confirmation bias.

Regardless of what happens, it will be interesting to be a part of. I’m a target customer of the old GameStop model—and always hated GameStop. I used them exactly one time—I took a Sega Dreamcast and a ****load of games to them for trade, and they gave me like $15. I wanted to puke. Mere ownership effect.

But, as much as I despise that business model, I hate the fukkery of Wall Street even more…so, I’m in. And continue to buy every dip. Even averaged up a little bit over the past couple of days, because fukk it.

In other news, short trading week due to the holiday—time value on 6.4 options will likely not make it worth dumping any significant money to slightly OTM options. I’m still keeping my eyes open, however.

When I first started with options, I had an incredible couple of weeks with timing—which of course makes you feel like you can turn $10K into $300K in a couple of days. So, started making some really dumb mistakes and lost a lot, now paused—ready to get back into it, though.
