I like that watch…but the old bracelet was sick. Any way to get one or swap it out?

which bracelet are you referring to, this is the one that came with the 2531.80, the "Bond" style bracelet.

edit: You talking about the vintage seamaster bracelet that was more of an oyster style bracelet? the new seamasters have that bracelet, so did the 2254.50, the bracelet is referred to as the "speedy bracelet"

aww yes, the 2531.80 never came with that bracelet, but the 2254.50 did. you can swap them, the case shape is the same, as are the lugs as its virtually the same watch. i havent ever swapped the bracelets between the two tho as i much prefer the original bracelet of the 2531.80 with the blue

THIS. Thanks weightsb4dates, I give you the utmost respeck.

The only thing that held me back from the SM was the bracelet, as it was not what I am used too. The older style is perfect for me.

Top 5 laundry detergents in the game (don't judge my opinion):

1.Tide (delivers a clean and fresh style of)
2.Oxi clean (attacks dry stains like a monster)
3.all (deserves a spot in the top 5 but not the best)
4.wisk (I respect the stain spectrum tech. But needs to fight harder for that top 3)
5.purex (up and coming in the game)

Wait. Any "alternative" you buy that you think will tide you over will only accelerate your longing for the real thing.
Keep an eye on the used market and plunge in when you're ready.

If you have no money I wouldn't bother, a wristwatch is pointless over-stretching yourself over!

Fuk. Got $9k in my pocket and will be putting it into my investment portfolio instead of spending $4k of it on a PO. It sucksssssssssss but I figure if I invest it properly and just wait a little longer, I'll be able to afford both a Rolex and Omega PO with that $9k seed money. Literally couldn't fall asleep last night wondering what to do, lol.

I've never seen this Rolex before, it's only $7k and is a 42mm.

True fact. My Seiko only held me for so long. And the vintage Seamaster is more for dressier occasions.

Haven't used them myself, but I've seen ABC Watchwerks here in LA, mentioned a lot over the years of browsing watch forums.
