First time lifting in 2 months. Only did 2 lifts but they were not fun at all. Did a snatch complex and squats at 5x10. My legs were done and I tore my hand open, hooray.

My doctor told me I have a snatch complex.

Pepper your angus for that DOMS, especially after 5x10. Buy a wheelchair or a scooter.

I don't think my body is ready for DOMS it's been so long since I've had them at all. Have to get them a few times before my body adjusts to it.

That's the downfall with Canada and surgery. Yeah it's free but you can be waiting a long time unless your surgeon gets you in sooner.
