Wht the hell did Washington call a timeout there? Niners were unorganized before the snap and the clock was running out.

Terrible PI call on Garcon but the refs were **** all game. Gifted us a Td too so whatever.

All I can say is CJ is the starter and we have no need for Hoyer. Let the kid play. Excited to see Foster back next week.

Best worst team of all time?

They have to be close or past the record for most games lost by 1-3 points.

It's almost less painful to get blown out every game than to be this close to victory so many times.

I've been wanting CJ to start since the start of the season. Finally. The offense is gonna have some life. It's gonna be bad for tanking since they're actually gonna win some games.

They set the record today for most consecutive losses by 3 points or less. And yes its ****ing frustrating. Just glad no more Hoyer.

After finally watching the game this morning I have a few thoughts:

1. Eric Reid will not be resigned. Ward and Tartt are playing really well together. Sure they have had a few bad plays but they are everywhere. Fun to watch.

2. Our corners are still not great. Barely noticed that Witherspoon was in there. Can't say much.

3. Our LBs suck. Hopefully having Foster back will help out.

4. Still no pass rush but our dline is still improving but not there yet. Thomas looks like he will be great, Buckner is a stud, and I am not sure how Armstead is compared to them.

5. To many drops and penalties. We have the most penalties and drops in the league (or 2nd). Take away half of those and we would probably look amazing on paper.

6. Running game has not been great.

7. Hoyer benched!!!! Beathard looked good for his first game. With that said can you guys seem him improving enough for him to be the long term? At this point in time we should have our choice of whoever in the draft. Do you think we take a QB or stick with him?

SO Bowman got picked up by the Raiders for a 1 year deal at 3 million.

Not going to lie I laughed at that… He was upset over playing time and was getting paid a lot more with us. Let alone he went to the raiders. I know there were some teams interested in him and some of them have a good change of the playoffs. Sad to say I can see his career now starting to wind down….

***EDIT***

Isn't there something about him still getting his full salary from the niners? I swear I read that, so if true he is still getting paid well. Now it makes sense that he went with the raiders. He won't have to move out of state with his family. So now the question is what happens next year?

I knew it before you posted it; all of the 49ers end up in Oakland, including Rice the GOAT.

I have heard a few people say that. I honestly didn't think much of it. I am just sad that he acted the way he did during this whole situation. Unless there is more behinds the scenes….

I am sure it will. Just hearing that he was upset about sitting out a good number of plays doesn't seem like him.

Probably as simple as they didn't want anyone with that much player pull as Bowman causing issues in locker room in terms of not agreeing with coaches.

Sad to see him go. Sucks seeing him sign with the Raiders. You'd think he'd want to go to a contender. Maybe he thinks he can help turn them around but at 2-4 and last in their division it's not looking so great.

Either way, time to move on. Sucks seeing guys that good and awesome as people lose it and leave.

Look forward to Foster time.

Bad news about Armstead, he needs to stay healthy, but this one seems just like **** luck.

I'm glad Bowman is staying local. I get to watch him play still and he can hopefully help the Raiders. Also he has a chance to come back if the Niners want to offer him a more realistic deal and he can play alongside Foster/be depth on our team. He clearly wanted to stay local and odds are he will play the FA market in the offseason and move then if need be, unless the Raiders or us make him an offer for the short/long term. Rooting big time for him, nothing but love for him and all other ex 49ers of his caliber and tenure with the team.

No way Bowman is coming back. He nixed a trade to the Saints which is shocking to me bc they are at least contenders. Guess he wanted to stay local and move next year? I'm a little disappointed he became so disgruntled but it is what it is. I guess he thinks he still can play at a pro bowl level but the tape doesn't seem to show it. Oh well I wish him the best.

Bad luck for Armstead. I had high hopes for him but he just hasn't lived up to his 1st round status. We need to find a true LEO in the offseason. Let Armstead provide depth or trade him.

Excited to see what CJ will do. I have a bad feeling he will be throwing a lot of picks but I'd rather see a rookie throw them then Hoyer playing. Lets get him some experience and see what we have for next year.

Be Navarro Bowman. Highly competitive and very much believe in yourself and abilities. Take a look at career, what you used to be. Take a look at what you are now, and what you want to get back too. Team you've given you're all to including literally your knee and achilles, has become ****show it is. At this point they are 0-5, and they say hey man you mind taking less snaps for us, we don't really need you out there all the time.

How the **** do you not get upset at that? I'd be furious. I'd say hey guys how about **** no I will play as much as I want because I deserve that on this current team. If I want to take myself out I will, if I think it's best for this team I will sit. Until then I'm playing myself back into shape and helping the team with as much effort and ability I can. If you can't accept that or think the team is better off otherwise, then so be it but thats on you and I'm not doing that so trade or release me.

If we had two stud LB's out there Bowman prolly would have been fine splitting snaps, its a different when you're sitting him for the alternative being Brock Coyle and some other guys I don't even know the names of. It's not like there's more than one Ruben Foster out there, who btw, hasn't even been out there.

Maybe so and I'm not sure we will ever know. The 49ers did a class act by eating his salary and releasing him so he cant be too upset.

#49ers signing veteran DT Tony McDaniel, per his agent, @davidcanter.

Curious to see what he has left in the tank. I am guessing Armstead is completely done for the season.

Ruben and Ray-Ray victims of robbery attempt. That's why Ruben needed to hang with Bowman not go clubbing with Ray Ray.

They are still busy. Not even sure who they are but it is nice to see that they are actually doing this.
