Yeah man I finished a CNRL shutdown at the beginning of May and we needed to turn down work because we couldn’t get enough people, still ramped up to like 360 though (mostly open shop). Feels like this last bust made trades significantly less tolerant of the variable employment as well and is driving people to look for more stability

Pay has also eroded since 2014, have watched RT/OT splits go from 6.5 RT/3.5 OT to 8/2 along with the reduction of other perks. I think it’s gonna swing in the other direction now especially with crude prices recovering, companies will need to bump things up to entice workers again

Gonna try to play dividends. BAC coming up and almost always drops big within a day or two after. Already up 20% today on puts. This markets aren’t inspiring any confidence. Everything is low volume crabs. Only dumb meme chit is pumping. With clown market I’m not sure how Friday reports are gonna go. I could see much lower expectations causing it to pump even if it’s bad or just dump because it’s bad
