grats brah.

school has been taking its toll on me, thinking if i should change my routine from PPLPPL/rest to just something thats 4x a week. was training old school style from 17-21 then took a 2 years break because of army. now i'm back, PPLPPL seems to be hard for me to stick to due to exams coming up in may. Upper/Lower twice a week good? I'm on a cut now though.

Thinking of either Upper Lower / Chest Back Shoulders Legs old school. Think enjoying the time at gym is what's more important for me now. PPL twice a week just adds more stress tbh
The world would be a better place if everyone would channel their frustration and anger to better themselves and be nicer to everyone they meet. Everyone has their own fights and stories to tell, you are not more important than another.

Why not just do a traditional brosplit? Chest, Back, Legs, Shoulders, Arms, rest. Or Chest/tris, Back/bis, legs, shoulders.

I try to change up my routine every couple months otherwise I get bored and complacent. I like keeping things fresh and like keeping the body guessing.

Good news is that tomorrow is humpday, OGs.

I can't wait to get to get back to this. In my early days I would figure out what I was hitting while walking to the gym and figuring out where I wasn't sore. Now my routines are dictated and structured to peak for an event. The only part I like is that I've usually got more on the bar than anyone else in the gym, even if it's only 3 sets of 2 reps.
Don't put that on me Ricky Bobby, don't you ever put that on me.

That was my biggest problem back in the day. I wasted like 5-6 years from being stubborn. I wouldn't change things up. I was in shape but not buff. Also didn't take in enough calories

I find PPL to be the most flexible when I'm not training 6x a week–if you miss a day, you can hit it the next without issue and push into your rest day(s). Bro-splits can be a little trickier to maneuver around if you miss a day.

Thanks for your service homie.

it's almost that time to shed a few pounds for the sloots
I go pretty aggressive and IF at the same time so it's done with and then maintain that through the sunny weather
