I want to get my ass out of bed early somedays for dem morning workouts. I've just adjusted to going at like 4:30-6 p.m. and getting home after that which probably lends to me wanting to pass out by 8:30 every night lol.

I wish I was like that. I have to force my butt to bed @ 10:30…otherwise everything is ruined. I think if I tried to go to bed that early, I'd be just staring at the ceiling.

Things rarely go as expected eh? I make the plan to be in bed by like 9 every night, but the wife won't let me because it's too early and she wants to spend time together lol. I don't mind it's sweet, but I mostly end up passing out on the couch haha.

I can agree with that last part. When I have a lazy day I'm not tired until later, but most days after work, and a good gym sesh. I'm ready to pass out. I know it has way more to do with just that though, but I'm sure your activities throughout the day plays a huge part….Obviously.

activities through out the day definitely have alot to do with it. one thing that baffles me is why the fuk so many people need caffeine to wake up. mother****er you just slept for 6-10 hours your bish ass should have all of the energy you need right when you wake up. its like if i charge phone all night and then unplug it and plug it back in when i get in the car cause it eneds a boost. im guilty of this as many are, i wake up and start my day with coffee, or preworkout or both, mostly for the heat cause im usually cold when i get up but wtf world, why is this a thing.

I do coffee every morning. Not because it gives me energy, but I'm so accustomed to it that if I don't have it I'll get a headache. Caffeine withdrawals I guess even though it does nothing for me. I also just enjoy the taste though. Cafe De Bustelo, and some French Vanilla creamer and das it mane!
