Yep supposed to be nice, looking forward to it. Think I'll grab some meat to marinade overnight and BBQ all weekend.

Any weekend plans OG's?

Was sunny here but cold. Slept in, did a 2 hour basement workout with my Son whilst watching the USA Collegiate PL finals, fixed the washer.

Now for some thick cheeseburgers and corn on the cob.

I was causally pausing 280 on my chest for reps while he said "Dad it looks like you're still warming up"

very happy for you brah. my dad had a brain aneurysm rupture last year, he was turning 55 soon. poof his whole life disappeared in that 2 minutes. now he is a vegetable, whatever that is left of him now are just reflexes. thats when i truly realise that life is really short and full of surprises. 54 isn't old at all man. glad that you are spending quality time with your son, i aspire to be like that in the future.

My oldest boy is 16, works out twice a day, plays varsity football and baseball. I can't keep up.

BUT, it's Sunday so headed to the gym, then yard work, then taking my youngest to baseball practice, then picking out materials for the new bathroom. Feelsgoodman.

Damn, sorry to hear

Cancer got my dad in '93. On March 30th, I officially hit more time on this earth than he. I still feel young af, definitely not ready to depart. Can't even imagine, although I do think about mortality more often than I did 10 years ago.

Did yardwork last weekend, let the Mrs. do it today. Cleaned the garage and lit the grill for some chicken legs. Daughter always says she hates chicken but when I grill it she's all "I could eat a chicken leg er two, and some of them french fried taters."

Haha!

Such a great season when it kicks in, I wish it would just stay like this for 10 months out of the year.

Was marinading my chicken in a glass dish, Mrs. B insisted on taking it out of the dish and putting in a plastic bag to "help me." Thing is I like to take it off the grill and give it another soaking from time to time. Oh well, guess she'll be washing 2 glass dishes
