You don't need or want LED brightness in the dark. You only need or want LED brightness to overpower the sun which, again, real ACOG's are actually powered by the sun.

BRB complain that you need super bright LED right after complaining that the real ACOG is too bright for your sensitive eyes so you have to tape it lol
Hey numbnuts if you read (we know you have issues with reading comprehension and reading everything) I said I don’t want tritium. I have it on my Glock and it’s subpar to LED for illumination. And no..I want the LED available when I want it/any time I want it…which is at any time, low light, sunlight or under nods. The fiberoptic and the tape mod has no relevance in the dark…the bottom line is I’m not going to jerry rig a 5k setup.

But but but it’s not real if it doesn’t have solar power. Gtfo Elon…Trijicon didn’t invent fiberoptic.

And don’t make me pull up the known tape mod on the fiberoptic acogs. Don’t play stupid.

Bashing LED acog yet you’ll be the first one to throw a battery powered optic on your pistol. Muh RMR.

You don't need to jerry rig a real acog that's the whole point and yes, it's available 24/7/365 for about 20 or 30 years lol

Thank you for acknowledging that rifle and pistol mounted optic choices are different and lmfao at not even knowing an RMR with fiber optic does not have an etched reticle while an acog does

Try again pleb

Missed where I stated acog having etched reticle….shocker.
Go google it bro. Tape mod acog. It’s literally a known thing.

You heard it here…trijicon invented fiber optics lol

Thank you for proving you literally contradict yourself based on the firearm. We’re taking battery powered optics here autist.

ACOG has etched reticle…RMR doesn't…I guess you didn't know that when you started talking about RMR's for only God knows what reason as if they compare to the ACOG when making a selection lol

I'm talking about real ACOGs…no battery there.

Try to keep up

Glock 34, Glock 19, Glock 43 in that order. No reason to get any other models unless you need 10mm.

I never used one like that. My inclination is to suspect it's more mechanically complex than need be so I stay away. A couple loops like the wilderness belt are essentially infinitely adjustable and about as mechanically simple as you can get

While I tend to agree with keeping it simple, I like the 1/4" adjustments settings and small buckle.

The wilderness style is more incrementally adjustable than that, essentially infinite. Just sayin. It's just a slide through the loops continuously until it's where you want it and then put the velcro/hook and loop end down on the belt to hold it there

I've been using Milt Sparks belts for CCW for years. They are in the same town I am. Their lead times are insane and belts are $$$. A couple weeks ago I ordered a Beltman with the stiffener. They ship fast and cheaper. I really like this belt, been using it daily for a couple weeks. I've done the Wilderness belt, they are decent but ya, that belt buckle is huge, heavy and gets annoying sometimes. Only pro of the buckle is if you are seal team 6 you can rappel using it. The Velcro is nice to get the exact tension you want.

I've had a wilderness instructor belt for years and it worked well in the beginning but the buckle was always too damn big, imo, and it began to get flimsy and sag..

I found these NEX belts about a year ago and have been super impressed. It hasn't began to sag and soften like the instructor belt and the buckle is amazing. Looks like they just came out with a slimmer buckle with the same mechanism called the "N45" or something.

This is the one I have. https://www.nexbelt.com/collections/...dix-black-38mm

I inspected a nexbelt at a display in an LGS and almost bought one. Still might end up ordering one. Seems good.

The frequent flyer instructor belt solves the oversize buckle issue IMO (I had a regular instructor belt going back over a decade) and always get the internal polymer stiffener on anything (no sag on mine with them)

That's it, I do the same if its a option. On the Beltman, I researched it and people said its not needed, its super stiff, almost too stiff etc, etc. I carry a Hellcat and very glad I got the stiffener. Its not as stiff as people said. Plus all belts loosen over time.

I just prefer leather over other option, same with my holsters.

Called up the wilderness and added the CSM (plastic insert) based on you guys' input. Interestingly, I got an operator (maybe an owner?) who actually knew their products. She told me if she was me, she would probably stick with the 5-stitch version and that she used a similar belt size to me and used the 5-stitch for IWB and AIWB carry, and she preferred it to the CSM. But then I mentioned that I was planning to EDC an M&P9 2.0 compact (it's the M&P that is about the same size as a glock 19) and she said she knew someone that carried the same gun who preferred CSM. Anyway, she upgraded me for free and told me to let her know if I had any issues and it would be no problem to change it out. A++ service in any event.

I've seen a few comments from guys saying they like leather because it will form to your hips over time and be more comfortable. The infinite adjustability of velcro was a selling point along with cost.

That was the best part of those belts for me. I still have mine and will use it from time to time. Also have the 5:10 version which blows compared to the Wilderness. Its nice to get the perfect fit every time. My Milt Sparks holes I believe are 1" apart and 5 holes. The Beltman is 3/4" apart and 7 holes.

I've been eyeing a 2011 for some time now, but as much as I'd love to get me a Staccato they're too Gucci for me as a pistol at that price range. Alternatively, I've found the Bul Armory SAS II Tac Commander 4.25 and that's a price I could swallow (no homer). What's the MFC consensus on 2011s, are they range toys only or serious self defense pistols you can rely on?
