MajorTendonitis home gym in progress pics

Hey all thought I’d post pics seeing as it’s a new site .

Installing LEDs in the iPad stand/holder that I built. I use an iPad to Misc when I’m getting rinsed , plus access my Amazon music collection.

Finishing up b4 the rest of cabinet goes together

Added LEDs to the bottom of the Force USA compact leg press . It didn’t turn out to well so I’ll be changing it soon

just completed my tv lift , need trim installed

Working on getting this wall finished. Just got a new clock

Glad to be back with my fam

Thx bruh , love you guys srs

More pics

Leg press at the end of the room is no longer there and recently sold . I missed having a tv when I wanted to get rinsed as I like pounding music videos , so I had to go with a compact leg press to provide enough height to see the tv

I'll bring some extra beers for Major for being a great host.

But a ladder? Please. You can just climb up or onto me.. depending how much we drink.

We all win.
Depending on how much we all drink?

Great...we're all gonna die, (would be fun trying though.)

It's possible.

Me, you, Major.. we almost lost eachother forever.

Who knows what the future holds. Let's go out on our own accord having a great time, even if it's just the three of us.
You and MT could probably throw me up to the ceiling but he's still healing from his ankle injury.

We'll let him rest. :)

Future is looking bright. :)

lol ladders are a soar subject lately. I can’t handle tremclad paint when it’s drying in my house . I shoot it outside in the cold but you need 10 degrees Celsius minimum to dry so I gave up and said fk it I’ll put the molding on my tv lift in the spring . Well I proceed to store them on my garages open ceiling joists and I couldn’t slide them in because it was too tight so I tried to go closer to the middle . I thought it would be a good idea to reposition the ladder at this point but didn’t.
The next thing you know the ladders going over and I go crashing to the concrete floor . Srs at 64 I’m too fking old to be dropping from the ceiling onto concrete , and although I had several bruises , my left foot took it the worse . Probably should have gotten X-rays ,but there was no really sharp pain that I typically associate with a break , just severe duller pain .
Anyways it’s been a beotch to walk lately , but here’s the outcome below

The next day

Two days later it’s getting worse
Glad to be back with my fam

Omg that's awful. Couple years ago when I was out for a late night walk, I rolled my ankle in a pothole...was dark and I couldn't see anything. I thought I broke my ankle. I was so pissed and in so much pain, but I kept walking because I didn't want to turn back home...I don't know how I finished. Never had an ankle injury before and it took a good year to finally heal...

Childbirth was easier and less painful no joke...

Well in a bizarre turn of events it looks like the majority of just your basic RGB led strips are being phased out . I wanted to keep things simple ,but oh no , now I have to use addressable LEDs .
I guess that’s the future and this boomer’s going to have to adapt. I have a few arduino’s that I haven’t played with yet and an addressable led strips coming in a week . I wanted the array to turn from violet to orange on occasion and that’s not possible without micro controllers.
I really wanted to incorporate micro controllers into my projects anyways , so here’s my chance. I’m hoping to put a radar sensor hidden behind plexiglass to activate my iPad stand ,plus a couple of other cool ideas that I won’t mention yet so it’s a win win

Ya it sucks . Tried to go shopping yesterday and the further I walked the worse the pain got . I’m just thinking it’s a sprain though , as the pain is bad but not that super sharp pain you get from broken bones . Plus I don’t want to sit on the ER for 11 hours lol

Second coat of extremely overpriced latex paint ,$137 a gallon . I’m hoping this gives me the finish I want . I love tremclad gloss black but I thought I’d settle for a semi gloss black in a latex if it means I can proceed now and not wait for spring .
Plus I’m painting the wall with the stereo on it with this paint also . I suspect the walls going to look freaking awesome with led edge lighting on a black wall
