Anyone ever have to quit coffee
I’m starting to think that a lot of my anxiety symptoms are amplified by coffee. Like shallow breathing, tight chest. :( looks like my coffee tour is over boyos

And I dont have an addictive personality
Its just life is better with this drug, there's few you can say that about
I cant overdo it tho ,just enough
I have anxiety as well
Its a hereditary thing for most
Try the calm app op ,its training your brain to be ok with how you feel
Feelings come and go like clouds
Latching onto them when they are negative is the problem
Its not going to kill you, sit and deal with it
It will diminish in intensity with each day
Dont take benzos ,they are worthless

Yes. I was a heavy coffee and energy drinker. Now I drink rarely, a few times per month. My natural rythm has improved. Caffein impacts you way more than people believe, I think.

I did stronger stimulants for a long time so maybe that’s somehow related .Yes. I was a heavy coffee and energy drinker. Now I drink rarely, a few times per month. My natural rythm has improved. Only time I really drink coffee is in the morning after I wake up. Black coffee to get the day started, and that's it... Don't have a caffeine addiction, it's a nice boost in the morning
Sit in my car on Friday nights so my cat thinks I have a social life crew

Keep drinking coffee if you like ,its not your anxiety issue
Combating anxiety is not done by subtraction ,its done by addition
Cardio ,meditation ,deep breathes to reset nervous system ,etc etc
Its never going away. ,its in your DNA
You need to handle it differently than you currently are

Also ,like any other drug, as you age ,you process it differently and can't handle as much
As it pertains to caffeine specifically, there is an enzyme in your body that breaks it down
As you age ,that enzyme doesn't work as well as it used and it takes longer for caffeine to exit your system
So as every day goes by ,it builds up if you overdo it
When I was younger I could drink. It all day ,pop pills ,pre wo
Now ,one maybe two once a week is all I can take

Honestly, my brain works little different. I have no idea why. I had a logic professor show me in college, I took 3 classes with her. We did these logical proofs, kind of like math problems. You had to show your work and map out your thoughts. There were 30 kids in the class, and she would get 30 answer sets. 25 would be the same and correct, 4 would be wrong, and 1 would be correct but completely different than the other ones. It frustrated her at first because she kept trying to find the error, but there wasn't one. Mine was always the different one. When I get to know people I kind of subconsciously map their thought process in my head to translate it into my way of understanding things so I understand where they are coming from. People I'm close to who have anxiety just trigger me, especially girlfriends who try to push their way of thinking on me.

I drink two a week so it still gets me high when I need or want it. I can skip sleep for a day and still work if necessary thanks to coffee.

Had to quit drinking coffee in 1994 after my urinary tract became inflamed. Doc thought I had a dose but couldn’t find anything wrong with me so got sent to a specialist.
Found out I have a condition that releases proteins from one area of the prostrate to another test thinks it’s foreign , and then goes nuclear.
Worst part is it’s caused from caffeine and alcohol , the best drugs in the world . I was told to quit as it would get progressively worsen, but of course I didn’t listen .
But it’s been tolerable when I quit eating chocolate, my go to comfort food . For some reason coffee is far worse though and I always assumed it had less caffeine than chocolate, but my prostrate says no
