Not me, just staying fit and strong. My goal was Henry Cavill in man of steel, but I'm settling for Brad Pitt in Troy.

lol, not not the hair, just the body. The hair transplant was 100% success, best 5K I've spent in my life, but I keep it relatively short and professional

Hell no ****** leanmaxxing is the way to go, specially at our age.
Actually, the gap between, say, Plato or Nietzsche and the average human is greater than the gap between that chimpanzee and the average human. The realm of the real spirit, the true artist, the saint, the philosopher, is rarely achieved.

Yeah. As a natty I just try to make everything as best and big as possible since I don't care about symmetry or balance and I won't be at the level where it really matters or where I'll be judged.

Aesthetic as possible crew
"One day I won't be able to lift any more. Not I won't want to lift. I mean physically unable. That day could be decades from now or it could be tomorrow. All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."

yeah but staying as athletic and explosive as possible. kind of like mike tyson at his peak

being hybrid, being able to sprint, box, wrestle and lift huge weight while being lean is key imo

don't see the point in being a fucking ninja turtle that is out of breath after taking the stairs, gay as fuck ngl

I've hit the natty limit after 14 years in the gym, if I went 110% I could maybe add a tiny bit of size with perfect nutrition. Too hard and not worth it, gonna leanmaxx and preservemaxx

Not really being smaller leads to a higher lifespan in all life forms and sloots don’t really like jacked guys anyways they just want you to have a good basic physique and be tall and good looking. I think the best and healthiest physique for anybody is as big as you can get without steroids while being lean.

Nah. I never chased size apart from going from skinny to kind of buff for normie standards. Once my physique got to that point my focus shifted to strength training. Muscle gain in recent years have been incidental from getting stronger at compound movements.

I got as big as possible drug-free in 2014. I ended up being about 260lbs at 6ft. I was huge, but had high bodyfat as well. My cardio was non existent and I could not even walk around the block without my lower legs screaming in pain. Not going back there. I plan on staying natural and around the 225 mark. As I get older and start to melt off muscle mass, my weight will naturally drop and I will decrease calories and weight regime accordingly.
