After we get the old user account back, what happens to the other username? Any plan to merge the posts and rep-count of one into the other?

I'm looking to restore my profile. My original username is Mr.PissShivers, however I was unable to request it during the registration process because the period "." is considered an invalid character.

If creating another e-mail account would be necessary for my account's recovery, then please just delete this account.

Yes possibly a merge. The temporary account will first be disabled.
