What do your working sets look like? I only ever see you post 1RM stuff.

I only started deadlifting about a year ago after never doing it before, I do 4sets of 8 reps, most I’ve done for a set is 385.

Also use a trap bar (the lower grip), don’t trust myself in avoiding snap city with straight bb

I rarely do more than 3 reps on DLs, even at light weight.

I have the Rep Open Trap Bar on order; looking forward to playing with it when it gets here.
