I was doing reverse fly's for a while but stopped to do more bicep work
working on the biceps this winter

I may go a little bit heavier on bench, squat, and deadlift on occasion. But even those DB Rows you’re talking about, that’s the same dumbbell I’m using currently for sets of 12 to 15. 🤷🏼
