List of Godfrd824's lies and fantastical claims.
We can keep this as a running list. Feel free to add your own or the ones I forgot. It's not that I want to make a long list, it's just that he lies, frauds, and embellishes that much.
-Can run for 45 minutes straight without stopping.
-3 strict pullups at 280lbs.
-Various lifting claims that he can't keep straight, he has said 315 bench for 2-6 reps, has also said 315 bench for 12 reps, has also said 315 bench, 405 squat, and 495 deadlift for at least 8 reps each.
-20% bodyfat at 280lbs while natty and not lifting. To put that into perspective, that's 224lbs of lean body mass alone. A prime juiced to the gills Arnold Schwarzenegger was 235lbs on stage. Godfrd apparently has almost as much LBM as a prime Arnold had total body mass.
-20% bodyfat at 280lbs also doesn't even line up with his own story. He also claimed to have been 6 pack lean once at 210lbs. Think about this one, the fat nonlifting version of himself had more LBM alone than the in shape version of himself had total body mass apparently.
-Claimed 6'2, then said actually no 6'1. Then when called out on it, has to he gall to say that he never once said he was 6'2 when there are posts of him claiming 6'2 over and over again.
-Slept with 30+ attractive white women from age 18-21, then stopped because he wanted to marry his black wife.
-Various claims about a happy family life all while being on misc 24/7, 75+ posts on Valentines day for example IIRC.
-Women cry when he refuses to sleep with them.

For those who aren't already aware, the Godfrd MO is to fraud, embellish, and outright lie. He always has to have the last word so even when caught in an obvious lie, he still has to find a way to keep going so he'll insult the other person. If the other person takes the bait and defends themselves, Godfrd has successfully managed to change the topic away from the conversation that should have been over after he got caught in a clear lie. The additional issue is that even though Godfrd lies a lot, there's still a limited supply of lies to catch him with. He on the other hand has an unlimited supply of lying insults he can invent about the other person.
That's why I usually don't even bother addressing the lies he makes up about me. But this thread gets an exception because he has already confirmed and admitted that he made all those fantastical claims on that long list. This leaves me with plenty of time defend myself because my original point is already verified as true.
