Pizzeria closes at 10:00 pm

Got there at about 9:50

Guy at counter pulled the old sorry we're about to close and not taking any more orders

Told him "about to close" doesn't mean anything since you officially close at 10:00 like your sign says and I got here before then

He went to the back and returned and said ok what do you want

Placed my order and waited inside until I got my pizza so they wouldn't just shut the door if I went outside and waited in my car

Got my pizza at 10:37 as timestamped on the receipt

Most people would have beta'ed out and just accepted the refusal

Not this guy

Always give defiant pushback in situations where you're technically right and people don't want to do something just because it's an inconvenience for them
