Stem cells appear to be the most goat thing out there

Faurk , after watching this I’ll be getting stem cell injections soon as I win the lottery . Makes me wonder how many wealthy people get these injections.
I’d love to see how it would work on my tendinitis and other ailments srs .
Anyone aware of someone doing this? Seems like it’s for high end athletes and rich people
