Honestly there isn't anything you can do in this situation.

What's the girl supposed to do? They're both literally there to watch/listen to him sing. Is she supposed to turn away or tell him to fuck off? That would be weird

Likewise, you look like a beta bitch as the guy if you get up and walk off.

The only time you can really do anything here and not look like an insecure punk is if he tries to touch her or pull her on stage. At that point yeah it's not a good look to sit there and take it like a cuck.

Yeah, there's no way you can do anything in the moment. At best you have to wait it out and try to look for another opportunity in the night to clown on him if at all possible, making it seem independent of this. Good chance that opportunity never comes up but it's really your only move.

And who cares even if it would have been weird? They're just hanging out in a bar. There's nothing at stake here. Showing respect to your partner is obviously more important than going going along with this douchebag's performance or trying to look cool for the rest of the goobers there.
