I’ve been sober over 2 years , quit cold turkey, had a massive seizure 5 days later , I ended up staying in the hospital for a few days & now I have a brain injury from it ,that will effect my life negatively for the rest of my days , if anyone has been drinking very heavily & wants to stop, talk to a dr first , bad things can happen even when you decide to put down the bottle. I won’t drink with any of you guys today.

Kombucha is going to be much less taxing on the liver than a standard alcohol drink (ded srs). Some even say it offers some detoxifying benefits.

Faurk that’s brutal srs . I’m a bing drinker and typically drink approx 8 times a year , but I like to rinse max . I’m surprised my system didn’t shut down like that a few times tbh .
Drank over half a 40 of whiskey on my Bday last April plus about 15 beers . So I go all in .
Anyways I swore I’d never drink rye again and unfortunately I never felt right after that bender . Turns out I put the last nail in the coffin of my pancreas and have full blown diabetes type 2 now .
Been sober since but I’m probably just going to rope one day , as my tours over now anyways ded srs
