No hate then if it was just coincidence instead of purposefully trying to steal that guy's name. Yeah he failed the lift but to have gotten it that far, he probably could have gotten a clean rep with 50lbs less which is still a lot. I got injured by a retard in a car accident in November, I wasn't even moving and he still hit me so it was 100% completely his fault. I'm also using the recovery time to stop taking sports TRT and clean out before resuming. What's funny is that it temporarily brought deadlift up rather than down, did 485x5 last week. I was running a lot pre injury and was chronically overtrained and was just doing an easy 405x5 to maintain.

I gained some fat from not being able to exercise for a bit though. I need to diet and unfat myself and then resume running so deadlift is probably going to nosedive again soon but that's fine.

Yes I was asking you. Interesting you say that. I stopped taking test a few months ago and lost 16lbs of bodyweight but my deadlift didn't really go down. Bench got nuked though because i developed some shoulder pain.

A theory I have is that the higher the bar is, the more that bloat and bodymass help because the higher above your center of gravity the bar is, the more it has to be stabilized and bloat and bodymass are basically free stability.

With that theory, OHP benefits the most, then squat, then since deadlift is below your center of gravity, no stability is needed because it hangs down and stabilizes for you.
