i have bad genetics? should i give up gym and focus on face ?

I am 23 y old 5ft7.5 and 133lbs 10%bf
i have small bone structure/narrow clavicles but good body proportions.
In real life i look very small, bottom percentile.

Should i give up gym and focus on my face? i have a above average face
