Need to look up a licence plate somehow

There is this little old lady who is about to have her car towed in my apartment complex for a bullshit reason. The tow company says sshe has too many apartment tags and they are in the wrong place, so that gives them an excuse to tow her. She is old and obvisouly has a low intellect, but fuck those greedy tow companies.

I have no clue which apartment she lives in, the office quit keeping that information in their database becasue they are lazy, and the Police wont give me any info either.

You have to pay for that information.

I road raged with some cunt who lives near me a few weeks ago. Nothing major happened but I took down her plate and tried to look her up in case we ever ran into each other again and she tried to start shit. Only was able to get the make/model/VIN with it. There are sites offering more info but it’s behind a pay wall.
