1. I'm ahead of the curve on money/retirement
2. People seem to think I have my shit together (even though I don't but I guess I carry myself well maybe?)
3. Even though my life sucks now I had it really good ages 0-23.... it all went downhill as an adult though

Got a great family (wife, kids, parents, and a good buddy that might as well be family)
Health is good, still in decent shape
Good attitude. I'm not always happy, but I'm naturally pretty positive. I know people who struggle with depression and that would be tough.

Liver/organ health and blood work looks really good

Nerve pain in legs is a bit better than it was this past holiday season. Literally wanted to skip family gatherings in November and December it was so bad.

Have a second job to make things slightly more comfortable financially wise
