Kind of feel bad for the young man. He was being repeatedly harassed, so no wonder he snapped. At least the fella he ran over didn't die, I don't think

Cops were definitely hating on him. 2 felony charges for a fake ID and a single adderall pill is retarded for a 20yo. Go to any college town in America and most kids would be in possession of those, hitting up the bars with no problem.
