Nice brother! Hitting leg-day with my nephew in a few minutes. I'm excited that in a couple weeks we get new belted squat and hack squat stations in my gym.

Can’t wait to join in on the fun . Last workout was October for fk sakes , but my foot is gradually getting a little bit better after 5 weeks of nothing. Not good enough to walk without a limp , but I noticed a little improvement yesterday.
As for tendonitis I’m still fked , but I seen a few very interesting videos regarding it , and have ordered the collagen and will start the exercises when it arrives .
If I’m understanding this correctly you have to provide a 70% load on a muscle for 30 seconds to get a contraction on the tendon in order to get blood flow to it ?
Not entirely sure what contraction I should use for golfers elbow , but I seen a pic where a guy was pushing the bar against the safeties
Bought the stuff on the left and already gave vitamin C at home

The reps need to be quick and don't lock out

Hopefully, you’ll get things straightened out, at least enough so that you can train.

Right here:

Been taking it easy ever since. Light weight, high reps, constant tension (but definitely with low weight for that) and not locking out seems to be helping. It's definitely all about stimulating the bloodflow as Metrobrah says.
