Why does everyone keep confusing Pagans with Jews?

Baal and Molech are pagan Gods worshipped by the Caananites, not Jews.

Jews believe in Moses, Adam and Eve, 10 commandments. The same things Christians believe except for Jesus.

Hashem was originally a Caananite storm deity that was borrowed by the Israelites. There seems to have been a merger at some point

We do, in fact, worship some combination of YHWH and El, Caananite dieties.

Amos 5:25-27
25Have ye offered unto me sacrifices and offerings in the wilderness forty years, O house of Israel? 26But ye have borne the tabernacle of your Moloch and Chiun your images, the star of your god, which ye made to yourselves. 27Therefore will I cause you to go into captivity beyond Damascus, saith the LORD, whose name is The God of hosts.

That means as a Christian you should believe in Moloch too since Christians believe in the old testament.
