My calves are 19", so are my biceps, and also my neck.

Dayum. My arms will no longer grow for some reason. They’ve dipped below 16”s despite consistent training

Have you tried chinups etc? What do I know though. Better goal might be to maintain what we have rather than grow as older dudes.
