Will sound boring, but nature walks. And we have a huge botanical garden closeby with a nice restaurant - so after taking pics, can sit down outside and enjoy a beer or two. Has become my favorite place to relax.

Then made a whole list of outdoors things I want to learn and think can help as well: fishing, kayaking, learning what's edible in the forest etc. As a city kid and in modern times, there's so much I never learned.

Figured it's one of two ways to get a real license here (hunting and competive shooting), and would really like to have a firearm the way things are going, lol.

Hard drugs, IV mostly.

I feel like when I’m shooting, I’m more relaxed. Not checking phone/not taking calls just me in that moment focused on doing that one thing. It’s a nice feeling, very calming, srs

Competitive shooting seems fun too, but I’ve yet to sign up to do that. Maybe that’ll be something I explore this year

I read about the teenage gangs in Sweden running amuck, so maybe the firearm is nice to have around lol

Good info in tis thrad!

+1 on lifting heavy, or even cardio

wack it to get it out of your system

+1 on shoot guns

If your desperate enough for drugs then take a benadryl, then take a hot shower, as hot as you can stand it while the pink kicks in, then take a nap.

I can imagine it would be a place to blow off steam steam and relax in a way. No matter what government we get over here....100k, mostly young men from mena countries get here every year – which is like a medium sized city here every yr, and the increased violence is only from that. Know from even my days, that they always operate in groups, so a silly spray or something won't work if comes down to it. Unfortunately.

Thanks. Very cool and simple, almost what I've been doing by myself already when outdoors.

went with empire e-flex for mask since a lot of people said the PRoflex isn't the shit anymore

might still try to wear my old proflex some, small crack in lense but otherwise seems fine
