That's what I will train for soonish as it's the first thing old ppl lose ability in so figured could be competitive if do it right. If can jump as did when whas 16 (barely any training then), then can get close to world record for age group. Very big if though. Wanna try this and the 400 m in the age 55 category. Likely to fail miserably, but yolo I guess.

Das it mane my focus is cardio I smoke too much I could still sprint fast AF for 50-100m but i;ve no endurance uphill sprints are the GOAT for increasing explosiveness IMO but I;m starting from scratch you'd be way more explosive than me my focus is on cardio first long walks, then jogging then uphill sprints again that's the plan

and jumping squats with maybe just the bar + lifting and cutting down on the drink, i've only been having 1-2 vodkas a night now albeit strong ones.
