All I have to say is that anyone who can do this to their loved one's, especailly a mother to their kids, has to have a serious mental defect and is probably a cold sociopath. They probably just want to know, but outside of that, they should seriously move on and forget her like she forgot them for their own health. My biological father has never been in my life. A part of me wants to contact him, but most of me doesn't because what kind of guy does that. It's not even about not giving him the satisfaction if he would feel anything, but just, who wants to know someone like that?

I think one great thing someone can do for themselves is that when someone steps out of their life to stop seeing it as a flaw in themselves and realize that it's good that they don't have someone in their life that can do that to them.

As well, if I know someone who does this type thing, I don't have much to do with them either. It's like this dude I was pretty good friends with, until I found out that dog he used to have, he took to the pound and just dropped it off and has no care what happened to him. I remember his wife was trying to rehome it and I thought they did, but turns out he took the dog to the pound and just walked off. Also started realizing how he has two kids, and yeah, he's married to their mom, but he has little to do with them when he is at home. Once him and his wife almost split and all he was worried about was the financial situation and never spoke about his kids. Started coming to the realization he's a POS person. even though he has shown signs of being a real friend to me, I just know how he is deep down and don't trust him.
