Political commentator states women only show up after the men do all the work
Basically says that start ups are male dominated because men are obsessed with getting off the ground. Once, the business is secured and everything is in place then women come in to reap the benefits. It mirrors dating/mating patterns for a lot of men. Most women today are not going to struggle with a man as he finds his way in life. Most will only show up after he has a decent life in place.

You can easily observe this in the tech and especially video game industry. Like back in the 80's and 90's they were in the startup days and those companies were absolutely dominated by men because you had to have some real genuine passion for what they were doing. Then in the 00's they got huge and by the 10's they were these massive too big to fail companies who started pushing HR, DEI, and all sorts of bullshit as they got big massive corporation status, and that is precisely when all the women started flooding in and took over the workplace culture. Now these companies have been stagnating ever since and everything is in a decline with mass layoffs.

She's the one who said that the reason for Woke Clown World is because it coincided with women being the majority of workers in certain influential fields. And she said we're almost at a point where women are the majority of Attorneys, and she said that's an absolutely horrible thing for the practice of law in the US as logic no longer exists.
