Why Istanbul? There are better places out there in a similar price range. I've seen better work out of HT surgeons in Bangkok and Spain.

Why not just shave your head?

Maybe it's easy for me to say since I'm like negative on the Norwood scale (STRONG hairline genetics) but if I started going bald to the point where I thought I needed a hair transplant I'd just start going shaved head.

Something like this entirely depends on your situation. As a married guy, there's absolutely no reason to ever get a hair transplant. But if you're a single guy in his mid to late 30s, it can make a huge difference in your life.

Even if it's just a personal confidence thing. Doubtful it actually makes much difference with pulling girls. But if you're going bald, a lot of guys will give you shit for it. And eventually that erodes your confidence a bit. If having hair brings your confidence back, it's worth the $4000 many times over.
