I'm not delusional and think I will be leaving my kids with millions upon millions, I'm too lazy for that. But my plan is to give them a good education, a starter home, and a starter vehicle. These will be enough to put them ahead of 95% of society. The rest is up to them.

Gonna build houses and businesses in different countries and when I'm old I'll find a top tier wife to have a family with and then pass the estates and hidden gold down to them with instructions on how to become old money families in different regions of earth. Or they'll squander it on drugs and hoors and dishonor me, up to them really.

Keeping debts low. Bought a house so gaining home equity. Contributing to retirement accounts so I don't need to leech away the bank or depend on others in the elder years. Hustling at work when I can so the income stays steadily increasing over the years.

Before meeting my fiancé / expecting a baby, I just selfishly wanted to retire sometime in my mid-late 40s. I can see wanting to extend that to my 50's/60's if possible though if it means more social security, more retirement / net worth in general, which it probably would.

The #1 thing you can do for your kids or future kids is to give them good genetics. Pick the mother based on her genetics rather than what you're attracted to. None of y'all love your kids enough to make that sacrifice though.

The other part is that how much wealth and connections you have will have more to do with how successful they are than their own personal efforts. This is becoming even more true with the direction the world is going with automation.
