For the most part, my cravings stopped after 7-10 days and I have a couple Zyn’s in at all times during the day. Would still get cravings for nicotine after that in certain situations like after eating or a long car ride. How long are you quitting for or is it for good?

Just go buy a vape. There's no reason to quit nicotine as long as it's not actual tobacco. My life has improves significantly since I started vaping every day.

I’ve vaped all day every day since 2018

Unfortunately nicotine is a vasoconstrictor and in theory could impede blood flow to the crown where I got the majority if my hair transplant grafts.

Also nicotine fucks up collagen production and prematurely ages you

Also it’s not good to be mentally dependent on any substance

Man, your hair is going to be fine. As long as you're on Dutasteride, it ain't doing shit.

I was smoking cigs every day when I had my HT, and it had no impact whatsoever.
