This part. Almost every time, a POTUS gets a second term due to the successes of his first term, but usually the second term is very mudane compared to his first. Reagan's first term, GOAT, total revolution, second term, dude was falling apart, falling asleep, not really doing anything, basically allowing the moves of the first term to cruise out. Clinton same thing. Other presidents the same thing really. Trump is the opposite.
