I take the shredded bark a handful of muira puama and a handful of catuaba and make a massive pot of it but combining the extracts should work too

If you do it the old fashioned way which is probably best IMO strain it well and fill as many pint glasses as u can and stick them in the fridge and make ur morning coffee with it for a week.

Interesting fact about catuaba is it was first discovered by the Tupi tribe and used as medicine but they'd also drink it before going to war with the other tribes, whatever warrior put up the best fight they'd eat him lmao I've definitely noticed it makes u more aggressive...
