Thanks man. I’ve been as low as 188 or 189. But I was too skinny. So I’m trying to put some muscle on. I’m currently 211. I think I probably feel and look the best in the neighborhood of 195 to 200.

This week is week 131 since I decided to eat clean permanently. No deviating. No negotiating. I haven’t had junk food or anything off plan since October 2023. Everything weighed and measured.

I’ve been lifting weights pretty much my whole life (since I was 15 years old), but it was that shift in diet that changed everything.
