Fuark, did my most intense shoulder workout in a while

Laying on my couch, shoulders are just throbbing right now. My wrist is finally 95% healed after January surgery, so I'm back going absolutely nuts before Summer. Started going ham about 2.5 weeks ago, and already noticing a massive difference in my overall physique.

Started with 60 minutes of Cycle today, then did a 25 minute HIIT Circuit workout after with my trainer. Did a ton of Landmines and 3 other shoulder focused cable lifts.

Gonna be Oliver Summer in a couple months baby!

Yeah, I'm not anticipating this soreness to last long. Will probably be gone tomorrow, and the only reason I'm getting it now is because I had a wrist injury and didn't really do intense shoulders for the past year.

Intense legs makes me feel physically ill after, so I stick to TRX lunges and Cycling mostly. Will eventually get back hard into mobility core back and chest stuff, which also fucking wrecks me.

WTF

lmao

If you're training intensely enough, you need lateral raises and a little rear delt work, that's it. OHP is unnecessary if you don't lift like a phaggot, or don't follow Mike Phaggot Israetels reps in reserve bullshit. And if you're doing your laterals properly, you should feel them for a few days.

No one on the planet is doing 60 min of cardio before a true HIIT workout.

Nice try Oliver...

100%. I did 60 minutes on the cycle at 17 resistance. Then about a 5 minute break, and went right into the HIIT.
