I have been going to the gym since the 90s. Girls have always dressed provocatively at the gym.

If this is an issue now because young men cannot differentiate a good looking girl in skimpy clothing from the latest degenerate porn they just cranked to, that is not the woman's problem bro.

I fully support women in the gym with tight booty shorts.

This was Trish Stratus pushing gym clothes in 2000

Other than the "shape wear" I don't see a difference.

Thongs were not a thing until the late 90s. And leggings like lululemon didn’t exist. Nor super short shorts. Certainly not shorts that show the butt crease like ones now do.

In the 90's my gym attire was those tank top bodysuits/shorts. They looked like this...

Sorry, I don't have any pics from the 90's lol. It was functional and comfortable to train in. You don't see boobs falling out of your top or ass cheeks hanging out the bottom...

I am trying to tell you that women have always been at the gym and they have always dressed provocative. Even Kimm's outfit below
would be construed as provocative.

I grew up in Florida, maybe it's different there.

If you have a problem with what modern women are wearing and prefer the company of men when you are working out, that is a "you" problem.

I simply don't mind.

No they haven't been. Gym clothes were always tight & bright, no doubt about it...but they weren't provocative.

You have girls wearing tops with 6 inches of cleavage whereas before they would wear sports bras like the Trish Status pic you posted. Shorts back in the day were tight but went almost to their knees. The shorts these days either cup their ass, go up their crack, or blend in with their skin color which makes it look hotter and provocative. Gym girls are thicker these days too so they are nearly busting out of clothes that were already too small.

Also, gym attire is highly sexualized on social media and IG and women continue to propagate those fashion choices . I mean girls aren't stupid, they know why their favorite influencer makes $50k+ a month and it ain't the supplement sponsorships. Despite that they wear the same clothes to garner sexual attention or out of imitation. Either way, they are not ignorant to the sexual nature of it all.

I'm not complaining but its definitely gotten worse (or better tbh). The craziest part is that I see it becoming slightly more raunchy and normalized as the years go by.
Do not think that what is hard for you to master is humanly impossible; and if it is humanly possible, consider it to be within your reach.

This idiot was exposed for looking to get a reaction. The guy in the video did it perfectly, telling her to GTFO.

Lots of these girls do this crap just for social media and it's idiotic.

What's funny is that there was a short period where girls were acting like this in the gym. Luckily it only lasted like a year. Social Media hive mind creatures.

dressing like a sloot isn't enough anymore. they need more attention to get that high now.

no they didn't.
women at the gym wore baggy clothes and a ball cap they put over their eyes to tell men to fock off and not bother them on the bike. very rarely did women dress like that in the 90's. women in gyms in the 90's did everything they could NOT to get a man's attention in the gym. because there were a lot of dudes who did one set then walked around the gym hitting on women. Hell up to pre-pandemic women in the gym didn't dress like this. very few women dressed like they do now and those were the chicks who put makeup on when they went to the gym and didn't really do anything but socialize.
